SCPYO Attendance Form
Running late? Leaving early? Missing rehearsal entirely? Report that here! Absences should be reported at least a week in advance. We understand illness or emergency may prevent you from reporting ahead of time, so please do not panic and report when you are aware of the issue. Absences that are not illness or emergency MUST be reported in advance. If you report a non-illness or non-emergency absence the Friday or Saturday before or the day of rehearsal will not be tolerated and the student will be expected to attend that rehearsal.
