Thank you for your interest in Osborne County Leadership (OCL) as a student who attends any of the Osborne County schools – USD 399 Natoma, USD 392 Osborne, USD 272 Lakeside, or Home School. Student participants are asked to be 16 years of age as August 1, 2022 to apply.

The OCL program is a leadership course founded on the principles and competencies developed by the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) and the Kansas Agriculture and Rural Leadership (KARL) program. The program is facilitated in each of the five communities in Osborne County and each session focuses on leadership education and touring the communities of the county.

Applications are due August 1, 2022.
