This portion of the survey is focused on effectiveness barriers to sealing of felony conviction records. While the word "sealing" is used, this is a general term that applies to court-ordered record closure, whether expungement, expunction, set-aside or other. At the end of this portion of the survey, your opinion as to your state's greatest strengths, weaknesses and opportunities will be asked. The survey should take approximately fifteen minutes.
