Hello Students and Parents/Guardians,

A Dayton faith-based, non-profit organization called Shoes 4 the Shoeless would like to give your child a new pair of gym shoes and socks on May 11th, 2023.  Please sign your child up for this program if their current shoes do not fit, or are worn out.  Each pair of shoes comes with a new pair of socks.  If you would like your child to receive a new pair of shoes, please fill out this Google form by May 9th.  This completed form gives volunteers the permission to measure your child’s feet and fit them with a new pair of shoes.  If your child is not in need of a new pair of gym shoes, you do not need to fill out this form.
