Workshop: Building trust across organizational boundaries

Biotech companies are often dependent on collaborations with big pharma companies for their survival and growth. At the same time, we know that many such collaborations fail to deliver the intended results. Trust is one of the most important factors behind sustainable partnerships but building trust in a business-to-business context is not always easy. In this workshop, we discuss the role of trust; why it sometimes breaks down and how to build trust over time.
