We are currently developing Choice, a new form of contraception. Choice aims to provide the safest and easiest contraception for women we can possibly imagine. The purpose of this survey is to hear what women want from contraception so we can develop Choice to your needs.

Firstly, we would like to introduce our vision on Choice and show you which direction we are heading. With this vision in mind, we would like to ask you several questions about your experience with current contraception. Then we will ask you if and how Choice could improve your experience with contraception.
