East Iowa Bible Camp exists to encourage campers of all ages "To know Christ, and to make Him known"

We are looking for mature individuals who can handle responsibility, a busy schedule, children of all ages, and has the ability to lead students in spiritual growth in any way needed. The work is hard, the days are long, but the rewards have eternal implications. If you are serious about carrying the light of the Gospel to the next generation, please continue to fill out this application.

Applications should be submitted by April 15, 2024. Applications will still be accepted after the due date if positions are still available. Applications submitted after May 15th, 2024 will not be considered for the current summer except in special circumstances. Earlier applications will be considered first. Interviews may begin as early as January 3rd, 2024. You will be contacted for an interview via email after two reference forms have been submitted. Interviews will be conducted by Skype, Facetime, phone, or in person. If accepted for employment, you will receive a packet detailing responsibilities, pay, camp policies, etc. You will be required to sign and agree to all policies within the packet in order to begin work at EIBC. All positions at EIBC will require you to occasionally do work outside of your job description (for example the worship leader might be expected to help with some cleaning or setting up a game.)

*The summer 2024 program will run May 30-August 9th.

*You will have Friday late afternoon until Sunday mid-afternoon off, along with some time off around the 4th of July and a week in mid-July. We have time off worked into our schedule, if you need any additional time off it will need to be requested at least 4 weeks before summer starts and is not guaranteed. Requirements for school will have highest priority while vacations are expected to be planned for the time off already allocated in our summer schedule. It is important for us to have a stable and regular staff. Priority will be given to those who can commit to working the entire summer program.
