Pack 149 Social Media Sharing - Authorization to Publish Pictures from Scout Activities
Pack 149 occasionally shares posts on social media or prints a flyer or similar promotion for the Pack showing photos of Pack activities.  Please select the appropriate statements to either give or decline permission to use pictures of you/your child for Pack publicity.  In granting permission, I understand that I will not be paid any royalty or compensation and I relinquish any right I may have to any payment if my picture is published.

If I decline permission, any pictures which include a recognizable picture of me or my child(ren) may not be used unless I change this statement with particular written permission to the contrary for that instance.
