RSVP form - Vicarious Traumatization
Center for Mindfulness, Compassion, & Resilience would like to invite you to gather together to discuss important topics facing students, faculty, staff and our community in the current social climate through the lens of Equitable Mindfulness. In this year's series we will be offering gatherings and workshops geared toward using mindfulness, compassion, and resilience in today's world.

Our January gathering: Vicarious Traumatization will explore how and why we hold burdens for others, and how we break habits in doing so. We invite you to bring any stories, forms of art, or academic articles that help you to narrate YOUR own experience through the provided theme.
