Interested in bringing the "I <3 TH" Sculpture to your Downtown Terre Haute event? Then you've come to the right place! You must fill out this form to indicate your interest.

Here are the requirements:

Your event must be located in the designated Downtown Terre Haute corridor.
Your organization must pay for the DTH Add-On benefit in its Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce membership OR be an event that Downtown Terre Haute is sponsoring in-kind.
You are responsible for any damage to the sculpture while in your possession.
You accept liability for any personal accidents in or around the sculpture.

Suggestion:

We recommend you add the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce as Additional Insured on your insurance. This is not required but encouraged.
