Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in the survey, you may stop at any time; in such case, we will not receive any of the responses you entered. 

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes. Your responses are anonymous; this means we do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address, or IP address. The survey will not contain any information that will personally identify you. 

The results of the survey will be used to help inform and educate government bodies on bitcoin adoption. Your participation and honest responses can go a long way in bringing about fair policy and promoting bitcoin in Canada.
