Thank you for being part of the AMA Mathematics and Calculus Teachers Day. We hope you found the day was useful for your development as a maths teachers, and you enjoyed some time connecting with other maths teachers.

We want to hear your feedback so we are aware of what worked well, and what didn't. We aim to use this to improve Maths/Calc day in the future. We also aim to supply presenters with some feedback on their workshops. It is important we get survey results that are representative of all attendees.
