To begin the withdrawal process, please complete this form.  You will receive an email from the registrar with forms you will need to sign.  When returning the signed forms, please include a picture of your state ID or driver's license. Before your student's last day (Antes del último día de su estudiante):
- return Chromebook, charger, rented calculators, textbooks and library books to the library (devolver Chromebook, cargador, calculadoras alquiladas, libros de texto y libros de la biblioteca a la biblioteca)
- clean out hallway and PE lockers (limpiar los casilleros del pasillo y de educación física)
- return student ID to the registrar (Devolver la identificacion de estudiante a la persona de registro)
