Seedy Saturday is known as the ‘go to’ place for gardeners new and old to swap seeds and share ideas on backyard gardening, composting, supporting pollinators, heirloom and organic seeds, sustainability and biodiversity and more! Since 2011, Green Venture has been the primary organizer of Hamilton’s Seedy Saturday events.

Green Venture and Hamilton Public Library are pleased to announce that Hamilton's annual Seedy Saturday will be happening on February 4, 2023 at the Central Library Branch 55 York Blvd, Hamilton, ON L8N 4E4 from 10am- 3pm.

We are glad to be returning to an in-person Seedy Saturday in February 2023. Join us to share seeds, pick up some new and interesting varieties, exchange tips and experiences and find out more about local community groups and initiatives.
