Youth Health Council Summer Program & Project SAFE **Interest Form** 
Join our PRY SAFE Youth Program that starts this summer! Based on your attendance to our six week summer Teen Health Council, you have the chance to receive an incentive/reward of $150  in VALUE!

There will be an opportunity to go on weekly trips, schedule coming soon.

When: Orientation will be on Tuesday July 11th at 2pm at 199 14th st, 3rd floor, Brooklyn, NY 11215.

Our weekly mandatory workshops will begin Thursday July 13!

MANDATORY WORKSHOPS TO RECEIVE YOUR FULL VALUE OF GIFT(S) run weekly starting in July and ending in August.*

Some of the topics that will be covered are Anatomy, Puberty, Healthy Relationships and more!

All Workshops will be 3-4 hours long once a week.
