Application for Emergency Financial Assistance Funding
Fort Myers Technical College and the Southwest Florida Pubic Service Academy may be able to provide EMERGENCY FINANCIAL AID GRANTS under THE CARES ACT to students experiencing unanticipated expenses due to the National Emergency Concerning the COVID-19 Outbreak, as stated in Proclamation 9994. This financial assistance is intended to provide support to students who have financial need due to emergency expenses related to the disruption of campus-based operations caused by COVID-19. Unfortunately, FMTC's online medical coder-biller students are ineligible for the grant because they were already an online program.

In order to request funding, you must complete the information below and submit this form by June 22, 2020.
