The Application Fee for New Membership Registration is a Non-Refundable Fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000:00) Only, excluding the Annual Dues based on your Membership Category.

However, Old Members with Evidence of Membership are exempted from Registration Fee if they can Provide Evidence of ONE:

1. Certificate of Attendance/Participation at Annual Conference

AND

2. Receipt of Payment of ONE Registration Fee/Dues

✓Scanned copy of your Most Relevant Degree Certificate to NSBMB.

✓ PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH which should be in colour and of the size of 2 inch x 2 inch (51 mm x 51 mm) and not more than 20kb. The photo-print should have full face, front view, eyes open. This will appear on your Membership Certificate.

✓SAVE the Passport & ALL Relevant files with your name before uploading.
