TrentU Durham GTA - Event Assistance Form
Hello, and thank you for your interest in organizing an event at TrentU Durham GTA! 

Please use this event form to plan an event or gathering on campus if any of the following apply:
- This is an event run by students, or student staff
- You require any operational or set-up assistance
- You intend to host an event in a public space on the Trent Durham Campus.

If you are a professor hosting an event in a classroom on campus, and do not require any assistance from the Student Life or Facilities teams, you do not need to fill out this form. Instead, please connect with durhamscheduling@trentu.ca to book your intended classroom on campus.

The information in this Event Assistance form is required to ensure that all relevant parties are aware of, and can effectively support, your event. Please submit an events form a minimum of 7 DAYS before your proposed event. We will respond within 3 business days from your completion of this form.

Please note that requests for large-scale events, such as conferences, will require further coordination from our management team. These communications will occur once your form has been submitted.
