Dear Parents,
                       
The sixth grade has planned a field trip to the Ballroom Center of Libertyville on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. We will be learning Latin dance as a part of our world language curriculum.
                       
On this day, the students will leave school in two separate groups.  Half of the 6th grade class will go in the morning, the other half will go in the afternoon.  Lunch is not affected and all students will be here for their normal lunch period in the cafeteria.  When students are not on the field trip, they will attend classes and do an SEL (social emotional learning) activity.
                       
                       
As this is an e-permission slip, you do not need to send this in with your student.  Please fill out the form and submit it by Monday, November 9 so we can have an accurate count.
