Athletic Event Pass Request

Please complete this form if you are interested in purchasing a pass for home athletic and/or open gym events.

Once you complete the form, PLEASE ALLOW 24-HOURS BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR PASS at the High School Office. Passes will need to be paid for before you will receive them (cash or checks made payable to: School District of Ashland).

Athletic only passes are good for any home athletic event for both high school and middle school sports. The only exceptions that these passes CANNOT be used for are playoff/tournament games or home hockey games.

"Combo" passes can be used for home athletic events AND open gyms that are held in the Field House. The dates of the open gyms are Wed/Fri/Sun evenings from 6-8pm. The open gyms will run from November 1, 2021-March 31, 2022 when school is open (no open gyms during holidays/breaks or if school is canceled for any reason).

Open Gym only passes are just for open gyms in the Field House. Questions regarding open gyms should be directed to Brooke Trettin, Facilities Director: facilities@sdak12.net Community members can still attend open gyms without a pass by paying $2 each time they attend.

If you are requesting more than one pass, please complete a form for each pass you are requesting. For example, you are purchasing a family pass for yourself/family and a senior pass for another family member - please complete one form for the family pass and a second form for the senior pass.
