Dates: Every Sunday from 28 January 2024 to 28 April 2024
Venue: HKU MTR B exit (Exact location of the studio shall be notified to you on WhatsApp group)
There will be two sessions on Sundays:
1. 10:00 to 11:00 HKT: Beginner's Class in Yoga
(Restorative yoga for work-life balance and stress reduction will be covered as well) (For people with little or no experience in Yoga)
2. 11:00 to 12:00 HKT: Intermediate Class in Yoga
(For people with some experience in Yoga and want to challenge themselves with inversions and intermediate poses)
If the above timings are not suitable, we also provide advanced yoga classes and restorative group classes (min. 5 people in a group) as well.
Fees
$60 HKD per class (student concession)
$80 HKD per class (for enrollment of 6-10 sessions)
$100 HKD per class (for enrollment of 1-5 sessions)
Please Note: All these classes are subjected to the needs of the students and can be customized after discussing with the yoga instructor.
Please confirm the number and exact dates of the sessions you would like to enroll in. The fees for our sessions are non-refundable. We have a limited quota for each session, so kindly register as soon as possible.
Eeshaanee, our yoga instructor, holds various certifications and has extensive teaching experience. You can learn more about her yoga teaching experience by visiting https://curiouslyoga.com/. She is a RYT200 Yoga Alliance Certified instructor, RYT50 Restorative Yoga Certified, and has been teaching for three years, having instructed over 400 students.
