Institute of Estate Agents, Singapore (IEA) was set up to represent estate agents individually regardless of whether the estate agent is KEO or RES. IEA is today one of Singapore's longest standing associations serving the estate agents.
IEA remains one of the most active associations offering its members the most comprehensive partnership network, domestically, regionally and globally. We have groomed and inspired over 15,000 aspiring RES candidates and real estate agents to raise their proficiency and professionalism.
Accredited Ordinary (>3 years experience) – $75 per year
Ordinary (<3 years experience) – $50 per year
Affiliate (non-RES) – $35 per year
