When you Log into Zoom, please use your First and Last name. Do not login using nicknames or telephone numbers because you will not receive credit for the training. What to Expect: The training will be interactive and you are expected to be present and engaged in the training. All participants are expected to have their cameras on and be visible for the majority of the training. No driving in cars or distractions are allowed. We understand that there will be moments when you have to excuse yourself, but it should be no longer than 10 minutes. If you are asked to turn your camera on and you refuse or are not present for a long period of time, you will be removed from the training and will not receive credit or a refund.
