Treating Orthopedic injuries and splinting skills class, May 23, 2024, at Pioneer House in Carbide Park
This is a 3-hour class that will teach the basics of recognizing different types of orthopedic injuries and how to use first aid supplies and items around your house to splint or secure the injuries. You will receive a certificate for basic splinting techniques. This course is meant to enhance the materials learned in the American Heart Association Heart Saver CPR/AED/First Aid class.
The class will be held at the Pioneer House next to Carbide Park, and the class times are 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
