Trisha’s Elderberries is a natural wellness company specializing in using elderberries, elderberry flowers and elderberry leaf remedies. We participate in 50 festivals, fairs, and craft shows throughout Ohio, Kentucky Michigan and North Carolina.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Attend consumer-facing shows including but not limited to craft fairs, festivals, and community events.
Pick up and drop off booth setup & products from our warehouse
Read and understand floor plans
Load and unload car/trailer on your own. Some lifting required (1lb - 40lbs)
Assemble and disassemble event display, including a 10x10 tent, lights and fixtures on your own.
Draw attendees toward the booth
Engage attendees by asking/answering questions
Sample attendees
Close the sale with products
Cross-sell complementary products
Become a credible product and brand expert
Collect email addresses of all booth visitors
Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
Cash Management: enter data accurately into our point of sale system, collect cash & making change as well as processing credit card transactions
Meet revenue goals & other key performance indicators
Keep & log inventory before and after each event. For multi-day shows, at the beginning and end of each day.
Qualifications:
Actively using / seeking natural wellness tools for you and your family.
Confident personality with a great work ethic
Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
Must have a dependable SUV or Minivan, have a good driving record, and be willing to drive on behalf of the company
Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time
Must have access to internet/smartphone
Dependable and outgoing personality
Must practice good hygiene & look professional at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work weekends
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment

Day rate pay of $100 per event day

When sales exceed the show’s revenue goal, you’ll earn a percent bonus based on the sales above and beyond the goal.
Tier 1 events: 5%
Tier 2 events: 10%
Non-Sales Bonus
$0.25 per valid email address collected
Travel Stipend
For those events that are over 60mi away, $50/day stipend for food & mileage. Lodging will be arranged and provided. Traveling opportunities are only assigned when someone more local is not available.
