Huge welcome to our new members joining us and our juniors stepping up into the senior grade. We are super excited for another great summer season ahead!

All members that are wanting to gain their lifeguard award this year need  to complete this form to activate your membership for the 2023/24 season. So if you’re new to the club, coming from junior surf and moving into the senior club and don’t yet have your lifeguard award or are a junior surf parent wanting to become a lifeguard, fill out this form.

Current members- a different form will be sent to you- that’s seniors, associates, life members etc.

On top of this form you also need to be financially up to date with any club payments, including this seasons subs and also refresh for this season, this can be a refresher as a Lifeguard or Patrol Support (Not Applicable if you are completing your Lifeguard Award).

Please complete one form per individual. Even if the whole family is joining, each senior family member needs to complete their own form.

Where possible please do not use a school email address as your contact email. If you are under 18 please also supply a parent email address and contact details.

When you provide your interests in surf and what you want to do in the club/where you want to go, we can then individually contact you when courses and trainings pop up that you selected you might be interested in. So even if you're not sure, click keen anyway and you can always think about it more when the courses pop up! You are not committed by showing interest.

All information will be kept confidential and not shared with members, except for email and contact numbers for patrolling members, for when you need to find cover. Please let us know if you have any concerns with this information being shared and we will not include it in the contact sheet.

The form is a great, simple and easy way for us to gather all the info we need to have a successful season ahead, means you will receive all the up to date club updates through the season and is making sure we meet our legislative requirements as a club. It takes 5 minutes to fill out and makes our officers and committee members jobs a lot easier.
