Please enter your information into the fields below to receive a copy of the Spring 2019 St. Joseph School production of "Mary Poppins, Jr." DVD, edited by Miss CeCe and student assistant editor Christian Naguit.

Each DVD will be $20. There are 3 forms of payment we will be accepting:
1. Venmo $20 per copy ordered to Miss CeCe directly @cece_bear . Please include "MPJR19 DVD" and your full name in the payment description.
2. Write a check payable to Cynthia Salinas and deliver to St. Joes office via Family Envelope. Please place in an envelope & notate that it is for the Mary Poppins, Jr. DVD, ATTN: Mrs. Salinas
3. Pay with cash via Family Envelope. Please place in an envelope & notate that it is for Beauty & the Beast DVD, ATTN: Mrs. Salinas.

Once payment is received, we will deliver the ordered DVD(s) to you in the next Family Envelope that is sent out.
