• REGISTRATION CLOSES MARCH 1, 2024 by 5:00 p.m.

• $50 PARTICIPATION FEE – Due April 14 / day of event. Cash accepted, or please make a check out to Kutztown University with "CMPR HPE Day" on the memo line and bring this to check-in.

• AUDITION / PLACEMENT VIDEOS – Please send your videos or links to HPE Coordinator, Craig Mandelbaum at craigmorrismandelbaum@gmail.com BY MARCH 1. ( Please provide one video of your choice demonstrating your best ability for each instrument you choose on the form. This year's PMEA pieces are acceptable. )

• Part assignments, music, and final schedule will be distributed by late February / early March.

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:

9:30-10:15 a.m. – check in at CMPR welcome desk

10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. – Rehearsal block 1 (Please see directors to begin set up and preparations for rehearsal as soon as you check in.)

1:00-1:45 p.m. – Lunch (Provided on campus.)

1:50-2:35 p.m. – History of Marimba Ensembles presentation by Jill Work

2:40-3:20 p.m. – Hands on work shop TBA

3:30-6:00 p.m. – Rehearsal block 2

6:00-7:00 p.m. – Dinner break and set up for concert!

7:30 p.m. – Concert!
