Use this form to document that your student will attend in-person at Manor Middle School on the test dates below to take their STAAR test(s).  Please have this completed by April 30th.  Please have your student to school by 8:00 am on each test day.  They will have four hours to take the test unless they have extended time.  They will call you when they are finished to be picked up.  If your student receives an accommodation for the test to be read to them by the iPad, we highly recommend them to bring their own headphones with them on each test day.  Thank you for all you do!
