Thank you for supporting our global initiative to map the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on interprofessional education (IPE) and collaborative practice (CP).

This is the Time 3 (T3) data collection and we invite everyone from all healthcare education and practice to participate in this global effort by completing the survey (regardless of their participation status in the Time 1 and/or Time 2 of the survey).  

This survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. We will keep this survey open for as long as it takes, so that we can keep track of developments over time; you may participate as many times and as often as you would like.

Please rest assured that your data will be kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL with any potentially identifiable information removed at the point of analysis.
