Rarity (limited edition, one of x made, or a very rare combination of features and/or trim/paint)
High RRP$ new but now great value (i.e. Gen 1 Cayenne Turbo, E92 M3, etc).
Condition & Age (a pre 2000 model with low/average mileage and in better than average condition i.e. R31 Skyline Silhouette)
Unique modifications (Chopped 200 series, stretched Hummer, etc).
A Track Car (GT3, GTR, Lotus Exige, etc)


Basically any car that is more than just your average 'A to B' boring camry.
