Please read the enclosed Vender Agreement and Release. Don't forget to sign the Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
Sign and return all forms with the table reservation payment.
Note: Registration confirmations will be sent along with directions to the site prior to the expo.
Motor City Bird Breeders reserves the right to refuse admittance of all birds and/or products the Expo Committee determines to be inappropriate. All birds must be in good health. Any bird appearing sick will be removed promptly. For the safety of all birds present, cages must be clean with fresh food and water available at all times. Wings must be clipped on all birds with the exception of finches and canaries.
Vendor set up times: the day before the expo, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
The expo is open to the public at 10:00 PM. All vendors must be set up before the doors open.
**There will be a special drawing before the doors open giving vendors the opportunity to win ONE free table rental for the next expo.
