DESIGNER APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Complete the application form
2. Submit the application form with the profile and logo of
the business (contact with the social media handles)
3. Email music for the runway (for models rehearsal)
4. Pay application fee R300 and email proof to
info.khayelitshafashionweek@gmail.comPlease note the following
1. All designers who apply to showcase must attend the model rehearsals twice a month before the event
2. Designers that will showcase will not get a table for
stall they will have 1 table where they will place their business cards, if you want a stall you will pay
for stall extra R50
3. You will get edited photos after the event (Please note it depend with the photographer when he is done it can take 1 Week)
4. Rail, steam Iron and Iron Board will be provided
5. Lunch is for Models
6. As soon as you submit you will be schedule to Media interviews with the organisers
7. You get 1 Tag or Assistance ( You need to register the assistance )
8. NO BRINGING OF OTHER MODELS( IF YOU BRING MODELS YOU WILL NOT SHOWCASE)
9. Please note a designer must showcase new designers a collection that was never showcased
