PHS Theatre Boosters Scholarship Application

Any SENIOR who has been involved in Theatre or Tech Theatre may apply for a scholarship.

A scholarship will be awarded to a student who participated in PHS Productions and plans to pursue a career in the arts. Students who will graduate in 2022 are eligible for this award.

A second scholarship will be awarded without regard to the student's chosen career path. This scholarship will go to a 2022 graduating senior.

Please answer all questions completely. Winners will be announced at Dean-O Awards and Senior Awards Night.
