Every parent or guardian of a student enrolled at STMC is:

1) A member of the Parents’ Association,
2) Eligible for nomination to the Executive Committee and
3) Eligible to vote during PA Elections each year.
***The only exception is if a parent/guardian is currently employed by the school.

THE PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION WILL VOTE FOR THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS FOR THE 2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR AT THE AGM BEING HELD ON JUNE 13, 2023. Each Executive Committee member will hold office for a term of one (1) year beginning immediately following election at the AGM and shall continue until the next AGM, unless he or she resigns or is removed.

All positions on the PA Executive Committee will be vacated and held up for election on June 13, 2023 during the AGM:
1. President / Chairperson
2. Vice-President / Co-Chairperson
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer

Also at the AGM:

As per the new Constitution and Bylaws, two Members-at-Large will be appointed. If you are NOT RUNNING or NOT ELECTED as a member of the PA EXECUTIVE during the AGM this year, would you like to have a seat as an unelected MEMBER-AT-LARGE on the PA?

If you would like to submit your name or the name of another parent/guardian for election to the STMCPA Executive Committee, kindly fill out and submit this online form before 7:00pm, June 13, 2023.

***Nominations are due at the AGM on June 13, 2023. Nominees must be present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in order to accept their nomination. Members must also be in attendance during the AGM in order to participate in voting.***
