Workshop Class/Organization Requests for Tours, Orientations, Demos, and Special Projects
[GROUPS ONLY] This form is only intended for scheduling large groups. If you are an individual, please go back to our website and select one of the links to the studio/equipment you wish to be trained on. From there, you will be directed to register for an orientation.

Please note that we typically request at least two weeks advance notice, as we have limited availability.

If you teach multiple sections of a course, please fill out a separate form for each section of your class.

Instructor / Project Lead Name *
Class Course Code OR Organization Name (i.e. ARTF 133, UNIV 200, Game Creators Coalition, etc.)  *
Number of students (estimate is fine!) *
Class/Group Meeting Time (i.e. MW 2:00pm-3:00pm)  *
Requested Dates (suggesting at least three options is helpful) *
[Mark All that apply] Which studios/equipment are you interested in? Often if a class has at least 12 students, we recommend splitting into two groups. One half will get an orientation while the other half does either an additional orientation, a tour, or classwork time.  Then, switch at the halfway point.

For example, a Simple Studio orientation could be paired with an Audio Studio orientation or a 3D printer orientation is paired with the laser cutter orientation. Or you might opt to have students do an XRAM orientation paired with a tour.
