Breck Outstanding Alumni Awards - Nomination Form
Dear Breck Alumni Community,

We would like your nominations for the annual Breck Outstanding Alumni Awards. Below is a description of the three types of awards that receive peer nominations:

The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented annually during Homecoming to an alumnus or alumna who has distinguished him or herself in career accomplishments and community leadership.

The (brand new) Excellence in the Arts awards will look at both emerging artists (15 years out from graduation or less) and those who have dedicated their career to a field within the arts (25 years out from graduation or more).

The Alumni of the Year Award honors an individual who has demonstrated outstanding volunteer leadership and service to the Alumni Association and Breck School.

The Breck Athletic Hall of Fame honors former student athletes (and teams) who performed exceptionally while competing in athletics on behalf of Breck.

You can learn more about these awards on Breck's alumni website. All alumni candidates must be considered in good standing with Breck School and hold recognizable accomplishments in the areas for which they are being nominated.
