FACILITY USE AGREEMENT

The facilities of the Boone Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (Boone UU) are available for use by individuals and groups whose meetings and events are conducive to the spirit of the Fellowship.

This is an application requesting facility use, to be reviewed by the Boone UU Board of Trustees. You will be notified as soon as possible regarding the Board’s acceptance or denial of this request.
