Dear MSW Families,

In order to help us plan for the 2023-2024 school year, we are asking ALL current families to indicate their intentions (at this time) for the next school year. We understand that your family's plans can change, but it would be helpful to gather information so that we can begin planning accordingly.  The school continues to receive inquiries from many families seeking to enroll their children for the next school year.  We hope our existing families will continue to follow us from year to year!

RE-REGISTERING
Complete this form by February 1, 2023 to re-register for the 2023-2024 school year.

NOT RETURNING
Complete this form by February 1, 2023 if you will not be returning to MSW in 2023-2024.

$100 RE-REGISTRATION FEE (𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆)
No fees will be collected at this time. For those families indicating that their children will return to MSW next year, a re-registration fee of $100 (per family) will be billed to your FACTS account on March 1, 2023. This fee will NOT be charged to your FACTS account if your family has withdrawn for the 2023-2024 school year.

TUITION AND FEES
Your child will not be considered re-registered unless all of this school year's (2022-2023) tuition and fees are current as of February 1, 2023.  

2023-2024 tuition rates will be published in March 2023.

NEW STUDENTS
