You guys asked for a Mountain Trail Clinic at Double C Farm... so here it is!

When: September 12, 2021
Where: Double C Farm
Times: Session 1: 9:00am - 12:00pm  
            Session 2: 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Cost: $200.00/session/horse (Each session limited to 10 riders)      

***All paperwork and fees MUST be received, via email or regular mail, prior to each event.***  

COMPLETED REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:
1. Payment - via PayPal or check
2. Coggins - If your coggins is valid through the 2021 season, you need only submit it ONCE.
3. Waiver/Liability - A new waiver is required for EACH event.

Photos of your paperwork will be accepted and should be emailed to:

Hard copies of all documents or checks can be sent via USPS to:

Riders 18 years and under MUST wear a helmet when mounted or when on the course (in-hand or mounted).

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation may be submitted up to 10 days prior to the date of the event and are subject to a $20 administration fee.  Although no refunds will be given within 10 days of the event, you have the option of transferring/selling your spot to another individual.
