Please search for "Music Works Northwest" in the search bar on the right-hand side and create a new client account. Please be sure to add all of your contact and billing information. We cannot finish your registration until we have received payment. We will email you a confirmation of your schedule before processing your purchase.

 Short Term/New Student Promo Private Lessons: Short terms lessons are defined as a group of lessons (minimum of 4) that are not on a monthly plan. Lessons must be pre-paid before the date of the first lesson. Short term private lessons are considered a finite arrangement. Once the package of lessons is complete, the lesson time is not guaranteed for future packages.    
             
Attendance: Short term package lessons cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited due to student absences. 
                                                                                                                                                                                                      Tuition: All lessons must be paid for at the time of registration. Added lessons are considered a new registration. Lesson rates are $49.50 for 30 minutes, $65.80 for 45 minutes and $83.10 for 60 minutes. The student may re-register for more short-term lessons during the same academic year.            
                                                                                                                                                                                                           
Instructor Absence:  If a Music Works instructor misses a scheduled lesson due to illness, emergency or other reason, the lesson will be rescheduled, OR the instructor will provide a qualified, screened substitute to conduct lessons in their absence.

In the event that Music Works needs to close the building due to inclement weather or recommended social distancing requirements, lessons will be taught via online platforms.  

Student and Parent/Guardian Agreement and Permission        
                                                                                                                                                                                                     1. I have read and agree to accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
                                                                                                                                                                                                       2. I agree to pay tuition in a timely manner and financial penalties accrued by my child or myself due to non-payment, physical or property damage incurred on Music Works NW premises.                  
                                                                                                                                                                                                     3. I agree to make Music Works NW’s Registrar and student’s instructor aware of any medical conditions, medications or special medical concerns or needs of the student that affect the student’s performance and (or) attendance      
                         
4.      I give permission to any Music Works NW representative to seek medical attention for my child or myself in the event of a medical emergency. I will be responsible for any and all medical and emergency transport expenses incurred.

I grant permission to Music Works NW to use photographs, videos and recordings of my child or myself for promotional purposes.
