I Xinlin Yi, am an MSc Management student from the York Management School at The University of York. I am currently doing my research project to support my final dissertation. My research project aims to understand does Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) have an impact on customer loyalty in the UK?

This questionnaire has been designed to collect evidence about customer experiences. The questions are in the form of Likert scales. Your responses will help me to answer the three main research questions of this study: 1) What are the factors of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) that can affect customer loyalty, 2) How do companies develop CSR strategies to increase customer loyalty in real-life scenarios?, 3) What suggestions can be made to companies to help them achieve a change in consumer attitudes?

Information requirements
This research will not collect the name of the respondents. All the data will be anonymised. The first part of the questionary will collect only some demographic information on the age, gender, education background, job category, salary income, and region of the British respondents. If the respondent do not wishes to disclose their demographic information, the researcher will ensure that the respondent’s wishes are taken into account and either the questioner data or the interview will be discharged from the study. All the information in this research study will be strictly confidential.
Ethical issues
This research involves related ethical issues that need to be mentioned. First, the questionnaire will collect information from respondent in an anonymous form. Second, this research guarantees that there will be no third-party agencies involved in information processing and collection. Third, the information collected in this research questionnaire will be stored in personal computer equipment and encrypted, and will not be stored using third-party electronic equipment, and all information of the respondents will be safely deleted after the research is completed.
