We wish to make improvements to the services that we provide to you and need your help to let us know any aspect of the services you are happy with, but more importantly tells us of areas you believe need improvements.

With your essential feedback we can then look to implement changes that you have requested and where we are unable to do this we will explain to you why. Please do take time to complete the following survey and should you require any assistance with it, just contact the TMO Office and a member of staff will be happy to help. It is only once a year but important you let us know what you think!

Everyone who returns their questionnaire will be entered into a draw with a chance to win one of seven prizes – 1 x £100, 2 x £50 and 4 x £20 (vouchers).

Please complete the questionnaire by Friday 05 April 

You will need to complete the section with your personal details on the last page of the questionnaire to be entered into the draw. The questionnaire should be completed by the resident, their partner/spouse or carer, whether you are a council tenant, a resident leaseholder or a leaseholder’s tenant.

Your views will be used to, help us to help you, to improve the services we provide.
