Nebraska's Canvas Consortium Sign-up Form Spring 2023
Only complete this sign-up form if your ESU, district or school is ready to commit to implementing an ESU, district or school instance of Canvas. This commitment requires once a week meetings and completing implementation for the 6-week process. Completing this form will provide the information needed to start the 6-week implementation process this spring. Canvas/Instructure will reach out to provide the details of when the online implementation meetings will take place in March 2023 by contacting you via email. Once you have completed the implementation process you can move forward with training staff on planning your Canvas rollout. Currently, implementation is free to ALL public and non-public ESU, Districts and Schools. You will be billed for your seat licenses annually. Current cost of a seat license is $3.00.

Thank you for signing-up for the Canvas Spring Implementation. 

The NDE will be sharing this information with the Canvas staff and you will be contacted by Canvas (via contact email) in March to collect the additional information Canvas will need before the implementation process begins in April 2022. Remember, the implementation process and meetings will take 6-weeks. District/School Administration and ESU/district/school technology staff are the only staff needed for the implementation process and attending the meetings. No teachers are needed for this part of the process.
