Graduation Ticket: Lottery Form
Every graduate has been issued 8 tickets for his or her family. However, in an effort to meet larger families needs, we are asking that you stipulate how many tickets out of that family will be using, and for those larger families, how many tickets you would ideally need. We can make no guarantees, but we will do our best to redistribute tickets to meet as many requests as possible.  Please only submit one form per graduate.
