Future Mentor Application
The following application is for the Mentor role for The Webflow Mentorship Program. This role is a paid position and is to be executed in congruence with a particular cohort of The Webflow Mentorship Program and is an ongoing role dependant on performance. Each program will last between 8-10 weeks including prep and debrief at the end of each cohort. Should you not be chosen for the upcoming program, don't worry! You may be contacted for future cohorts.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities as a Mentor include:

•  Running and teaching all lectures for your cohort.
•  Being available for flexible office hours for at least 8-10 hours per week so that all mentees have various options to book time with your 1-on-1.
•  Guiding mentees through our basic learning principles.
•  Walking mentees through the Webflow Mentorship Program syllabus over 8 weeks.
•  Being available to answer questions within your cohorts community on Slack.

Prerequisites:
•  Must have attended The Webflow Mentorship Program (possibly as part of the hiring process and not necessarily prior to application).
•  Must be considered an expert working with Webflow and have extremely strong Project Management skills.
•  Is either working as a freelancer/contractor or at a Webflow based web agency.
•  Must be outgoing and approachable, your personality will drive your cohorts level of enthusiasm.
•  Must be able to work with CSS as well as basic Javascript (jQuery would be a bonus!).
•  Strong UX/UI required
