On Broadway Inc. is looking for fellow non-profits to fill spaces at the 2023 Wednesday night Farmers' Market On Broadway! Please take a moment to read the guidelines below and see if you organization who be a good fit for the market!
The 20th Annual Farmers' Market on Broadway is every: Wednesday from May 24 till September 27 from 3-8pm (till 7pm after Labor Day)
Non-Profit Guidelines:
*Each non-profit will get a 10' x 10' space in the non-profit booth area.
*Organizations are able to advocate for their non-profit.
*Selling of items and soliciting for donations is NOT ALLOWED.
*You must be set up for all hours of the market, you can not come late or leave early. Further instructions on set up times and event details will be emailed upon acceptance.
*Organizations are responsible for providing their own tent, weights (required with tent), tables, chairs, etc.
*Each non-profit will be limited to two dates per market season as space is limited, no more than two non-profits will be schedule to set up per market.
**Reminder, this is an interest form and not a sign-up. You will be contacted in mid-March with your specific scheduled dates.
**Application deadline: Tuesday, February 28th!
