UTM Fastpitch Player Permission to Play

As an existing athlete or coach for the 2023 PWSA season, you need to have permission from UTM Fastpitch if you wish to tryout for another PWSA program in the fall of 2023. UTM has elected to grant permission without question to anyone that asks. We simply need the following information, and we will send you your release with 24 hours.
