TEGA Cancellation Request Form 2023-2024

This form is for most TEGA programs, excluding competitive gymnastics teams and Kids Day Out Camp.
If you need to drop from competitive gymnastics, please email both your child's coach and our Accounts Manager.

TEGA Drop Policy:

TEGA requires a 30-day written notice (via this form) to discontinue services. You are responsible for all fees and tuition for 30 days from today's date. You are responsible for payment whether or not your student attends classes.

Once we have drafted tuition, no refunds will be issued for drop requests. We will pro-rate any future tuition (if applicable) based upon your child's drop date. Your child is welcome to attend class during the 30-day period.

NO verbal, voicemail, or email drop requests will be honored.
