This form will assess applications to the Application to the Ireland West Airport Knock Discovery Centre County Showcase. Applications will be assessed on an individual basis, it is of utmost important applicants are compliant with all criteria as set out in this form.

The following stall criteria is in place and must be read before filling out this application:

1. Each stall must be presented within the confines of a 3m x 2m area. Extending beyond this space is strictly prohibited.

2. Stall holders will be required to provide photographic evidence of the proposed layout of their stall.

3. Items cannot be sold on the day.

5. All Stall holders must comply with procedures in IWAK and follow instructions from staff when so advised.

6. Stall holders are permitted to man/operate their stall between 7.30am – 9pm.

7. A maximum of 2 persons are permitted to man the stall at any one time.

8. Electricity outlets will not be available in all spaces, your requirements in this regard must be outlined in your application.

9. All stall holders must show proof of insurance, with Ireland West Airport Knock clearly indemnified on their policy.
